Wir bieten CFO (kaufmännische Leitung) (m/w/d) Unser Kunde ist ein innovatives Unternehmen und Vorreiter in der technologischen Entwicklung im Bereich Energie und ist in vielen Ländern erfolgreich für Kunden tätig. In Innsbruck, im österreichischen Headquarter, gelangt folgende spannende Position mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum zur Besetzung. Aufgabengebiet:
  • Strategische und operative Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortlich für den Finanz- und Controllingbereich sowie Einkauf
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
  • Finanzielle Planung und Analyse
  • Liquiditätsplanung und deren Überwachung
  • Risikomanagement
  • Erstellung von Reports und Kennzahlen
  • Regelmäßige Reports an die Geschäftsführung und an den Mutterkonzern
  • Optimierung von unternehmensinternen Prozessen
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Ämter und Behörden
  • Führung von drei Abteilungen (Finanz. Controlling, Einkauf)
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Studium erwünscht)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich (idealerweise im Konzernumfeld)
  • Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
  • Kenntnisse in UGB und IFRS
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft
Für diese interessante und herausfordernde Position wird ein Gehalt ab EUR 90.000,- plus variablen Anteil und Firmenauto geboten, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
