SPAR ICS ist die IT-Gesellschaft der SPAR Österreich-Gruppe und kümmert sich um sämtliche IT-Belange von SPAR, INTERSPAR, Hervis, und SES Spar European Shopping Centers. Wir sind über 700 kluge Köpfe und haben zwei Agenden: Das reibungslose Einkaufserlebnis aller SPAR-Kundinnen und -Kunden in 7 Ländern und die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse "hinter den Regalen" im Konzern.


Aufgaben
  • End-to-End Produktmanagement: Verantwortung des gesamten Lebenszyklus von mobilen B2C-Applikationen, einschließlich der Entwicklung von unterstützenden Tools, Backend-Systemen und Web-Erweiterungen zur Verbesserung der Benutzererfahrung
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung: Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Planung der Applikationsentwicklung, inklusive der Überwachung und Steuerung des gesamten Umsetzungs- und Betriebsprozesses
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Intensive Kooperation und regelmäßiger Austausch mit internen und externen Experten aus den Bereichen eCommerce, Retail Technologies, Cloud Engineering, Marketing, Vertrieb und Data Science
  • Projektaufgaben und internationale Kooperation: Aktive Mitwirkung und Führung in nationalen sowie internationalen Projekten, die auf die Märkte der SPAR Österreich Gruppe abzielen und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Agenturen und Entwicklungspartnern
  • Innovationsführung und Marktanpassung: Identifikation von Innovationspotenzialen und Anpassung der Produkte an lokale Marktbedürfnisse und Trends, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Marktführerschaft in Mitteleuropa zu sichern

Profil
  • Einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium im Bereich IT, Software Engineering, Digital Media Technologies oder ein verwandtes Feld, ergänzt durch umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Management von mobile Applikationen im B2C Umfeld
  • Deiner Begeisterung an neuen Technologien und einem starken Eigenantrieb im Aneignen dieser Technologien
  • Einem ausgeprägten analytischen Denkvermögen, Selbständigkeit sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (intern und extern) zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Eine fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld zu gewährleisten
