Aufgaben
  • Globale Leitung und Koordination des Fachbereichs Pre-Serial Quality
  • Disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden am Standort Rankweil
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Key Performance lndicators (KPI) auf globaler Ebene
  • Mitarbeit bei der globalen Q-Strategie und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsstandard für den Bereich Pre-Serial Quality
  • Vorbereitung und aktive Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings und Audits sowie an IATF Requalifikationen
  • Koordination von Kunden Eskalationen bei kritischen Projektthemen

Profil
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle in einem globalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über Qualitätsstandards, insbesondere im Vorserienbereich
  • Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Produktionsanforderungen
  • Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Implementierung werkübergreifender Qualitätsstandards
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf globaler Ebene, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
