Aufgaben

In this vital role, you will focus on the Scout-to-Contract process, including supplier lifecycle management (supplier onboarding) and risk monitoring, in addition to contract management. Your main responsibilities will encompass the standardization, integration, digitalization, and optimization of the S2C processes. This position will directly report to the Head of Procurement Technologies & Processes. It is a key position within our Global Procurement organization, offering the opportunity to take on challenging and impactful responsibilities that drive our procurement strategies forward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business and Technical Requirements: Partner with business units and team leads to specify business process requirements and ensure functional requirements are translated into technical specifications
  • System Configuration: Configure and administer templates and processes within S2C-relevant systems (e.g., Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Ariba Supplier Risk, Icertis CLM, and one ESG risk software). Also, work with developers to build, test and deploy features
  • User Acceptance Testing: Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing, designing comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough solution testing. Assist with test automation activities
  • Product Enhancements: Identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies
  • Support & Problem Resolution: Resolve problems through research and analysis as a 2nd level support. Enable the power users to provide best possible 1st level support
  • Master Data and Interface Management: Handle master data configuration and manage data exchange between modules and interfaces of SAP ECC MM, S4, Ariba SLP, Ariba SR, Icertis, and one other ESG risk software

Profil
  • Proven experience with large Supply Chain Enterprise programs or projects
  • Deep understanding of the Scout to Contract domain, including Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle
  • Good knowledge and experience with SAP Ariba (preferably SLP and/or SR modules). Icertis CLM solution knowledge is an advantage
  • Technical and functional knowledge of SAP modules, particularly in Sourcing, Contracting, and Contract Management
  • Excellent English language skills, German is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong procurement business processes and functional/technical requirements expertise
  • Understanding of end-to-end business and data flow
  • Positive mindset and open for new ideas and technologies
  • Solution oriented and good at problem-solving, while paying attention to details
  • Organizational talent and able to structure, prioritize work

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 42.933,10 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
