Wir suchen eine dynamische Führungskraft für unser Team in Wien, die eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Implementierung und Anwendung von Automatisierung in unseren Lagerprozessen spielt.
DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
Deine Aufgaben:
Du sorgst täglich in Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Schichtleitern und Servicetechnikern für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Systemleistung und Steuerung der AutoStore- und Conveyor-Systeme
- Du bist für das Ersatzteilmanagement zuständig
- Du arbeitest mit den Lieferanten zusammen, um wesentliche und routinemäßige Wartungsaufgaben zu planen und Verbesserungen am System zu identifizieren und umzusetzen
- Du arbeitest, in der Rolle als Trainer, Schichtleiter für die Handhabung des Systems ein
- Du fungierst zusammen mit deinem Team als Berater, um die Effizienz der Automatisierung zu optimieren
- Du verfolgst den Ansatz der strukturierten Problemlösung (SPS)
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Arbeits-
