Product Owner Website

Tridonic, the Zumtobel Group's technology company, is a leading global player in the field of lighting technology that produces innovative hardware and software for smart and connected lighting systems.

We are looking for a Product Owner Website (m/f/x) to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:

• Taking charge of the vision, roadmap, concept, key features, and usability of the digital customer experience platform (CXP), with a specific focus on the website including search, product finder, and system configurators.
• Finding optimal solutions for our customers' use cases to continuously evolve the user experience on our CXP.
• Creating and evolving epics and user stories for new features and functionalities, including defining acceptance criteria, definition of ready, definition of done, and systematically prioritizing the backlog through iterative processes with a clear focus on continuous creation and enhancement of business and user value.
• Focusing on digitized end-to-end processes that enable Tridonic to respond to changing customer needs at any time.
• Using tracking and reporting systems not only to measure success but also to gain deeper insights into user behavior.
• Ensuring that the planning is aligned with the overall roadmap and considers dependencies to other Product Owner's/Product Team's activities.
• Acting as the interface to the online editorial team and the local CXP key users, organizing UAT, and providing training for newly released features in partnership with the change management team.

• Several years of professional experience as a product owner for customer experience platforms (websites, portals, marketplaces - ideally in the B2B environment)
• Proficiency in the application of agile methods and the handling of common collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro). Knowledge of SAFe is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CMS, PIM, DAM, eShop systems, ideally Storyblok, Frontify and SAP Commerce Cloud is necessary
• Confidence in dealing with stakeholders and understanding how to balance customer, business and IT requirements
• Business fluency in German and English is essential for this role

Legally binding notice:
Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 60.217,78 /p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
