Wir produzieren Frischekosmetik und Supplements aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen, legen größten Wert auf den Einsatz hochpotenter, antioxidativer Wirkstoffe aus der Natur und verzichten bewusst auf synthetische Konservierungsstoffe und sämtliche Zusatzstoffe. Alle RINGANA Produkte werden in liebevoller Handarbeit direkt am Campus in St. Johann in der Haide (Steiermark) hergestellt und versandt. Gestartet haben wir in einem kleinen Labor, mittlerweile sind wir international tätig und zählen rund 500 Mitarbeiter:innen.

  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von verschiedenen Verkaufsmaßnahmen
  • Auswahl und Festlegung der Aktionsartikel mit der entsprechenden Pricing- und Marketingstrategie
  • Aktiver Beitrag zu einem effektiven und effizienten Aktionsplanungsprozess unter Einhaltung der zentralen Vorgaben
  • Kontrolle des Aktionserfolges
  • Gegenmaßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen
  • Operative Umsetzung von Aktionen im Systemen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Abteilungen (Procurement & Logistis, Production, Packaging & Shipping, Marketing)

Profil
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, Studium, FH, Kolleg oder dergleichen)
  • Kaufmännisches und kundenorientiertes Denken
  • Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke

Wir bieten

Das jährliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position richtet sich nach dem KV für Angestellte im Handwerk, im Gewerbe und in der Dienstleistung und beträgt EUR 35.700, brutto. Unsere Mitarbeiter:innen sprechen durch ihre Persönlichkeit, ihr Talent und ihr Engagement. Daher legen wir das Bruttogehalt individuell und abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung gemeinsam mit Ihnen fest.
