Could you be the full-time Logistic Support Analysis Engineer (f/m/d) in Vienna we're looking for?

Your Future Role

From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity(tm) tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You'll report to Franz Santner, Services Engineering Manager, and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We'll look for you to:

* Perform detailed analyses to ensure the supportability and maintainability of equipment and systems
* Create and update technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts catalogs, ensuring all documents comply with industry standards and client requirements
* Data Collection and Analysis
* Evaluate new designs and modifications for their impact on logistical support and maintenance, providing recommendations to improve supportability and reduce lifecycle costs

* Degree or Master's in Electrical or Elecronics Engineering
* Fluency in German and English language is mandatory
* Passion for developing efficient, testable, scalable, and well-documented rules
* Being detail-oriented, with an analytical, solution-focused approach
* Experience in Maintenance & Warranty Support
