Quality Manager Software BU (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

* Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner für SW-Qualitätsthemen in globalen Projektteams für unsere Engineering Software im Zuge unserer Digital Customer Journey
* Festlegung von Qualitätszielen zur Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität
* Aktive Begleitung des Planungsprozesses in unseren SW-Entwicklungsprozessen:
* Definition von Verifikations- und Validierungsmaßnahmen
* Identifizieren und einfordern von Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung von Prozess, Methoden und Tools
* Planung und Umsetzung der qualitätsseitigen Aktivitäten zur Reifegradabsicherung nach Standards und/oder normativen Vorgaben
* Unterstützung und Gewährleistung der Einbeziehung von Kundenfeedback in Entwicklungsprozesse
* Schnittstelle zu unserem Zentralbereich Corporate Software Development und Corporate Quality

Ihr Profil:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung von Software
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Qualitätsmethoden (z.B. APQP, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, Pareto)
* Grundkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der funktionalen Sicherheit (z.B. IEC 61508) und Cyber-Security (IEC 62443) wünschenswert
* Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
* Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams
