Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

* Du überwachst und optimierst den Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur und bearbeitest technische Anfragen
* Du verantwortest die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer IT-Services
* Du übernimmst Aufgaben wie Installation, Konfiguration sowie Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen und -Komponenten
* Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten sicher
* Du bist für das Systemhosting und Administration unserer IT-Umgebung zuständig

Worauf es uns ankommt

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Berufserfahrung im IT Service Operations Engineering sowie Erfahrung mit IT-Projektmanagement und Systemarchitektur
* Kenntnisse in MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Linux-Betriebssystemen, Windows Clients, Active Directory und Azure oder Vergleichbares
* Interesse an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Erneuerung unserer IT-Services und an der Digitalisierung manueller Prozesse sowie genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Service-, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
* Gute Deutsch- und korrespondenzfähige Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität in Bezug auf den Einsatzort (zwischen den Standorten 1030, 1100, 1220 und 1230 Wien) - Führerschein B von Vorteil

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens EUR 65.600,- (Bruttojahresgehalt all-in).
