Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen für einen Kunden von uns, eine:n Technical Solution Expert (m,w,d), der:die als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den technischen Teams und deren Kunden agiert. Als Teil des Order Fulfillment-Teams unseres Kunden, das sich auf End-to-End-Kommunikationslösungen für Mission-Critical Networks spezialisiert hat, gestaltest du aktiv die Umsetzung innovativer Projekte mit.

* Verantwortung für die technische Lösung in Kundenprojekten sowie Leitung interdisziplinärer technischer Teams.
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der/dem kaufmännischen Projektleiter:in zur Sicherstellung des erfolgreichen Projektabschlusses durch effiziente Problemlösung.
* Technische:r Ansprechpartner:in für einen Großkunden sowie für interne technische Schnittstellen.
* Koordination und Steuerung von Anforderungen innerhalb des Projekts.
* Planung und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen sowie Abnahmetests beim Kunden vor Ort.
* Sicherstellung des Qualitätsmanagements im Projekt gemäß Prozessen und Regularien.
* Konzeptionierung von Abläufen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden.
* Erstellung und Umsetzung von Teststrategien für Mission Critical Telekommunikationssysteme.
* Regelmäßiges Management-Reporting und Dokumentationen erstellen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium, FH-Abschluss im Telekommunikationsumfeld oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Telekommunikation.
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Telekommunikationsumfeld sowie in einer technischen Schnittstellenfunktion (z. B. als Systemingenieur:in oder Technical Solution Manager).
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Technologien 2G, 4G und 5G;
* GSM-R- und FRMCS-Know-how von Vorteil.
* Ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Teamorientierung.
* Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliche und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise.
* Analytische und organisatorische Stärke kombiniert mit exzellenter mündlicher und schriftlicher Ausdrucksfähigkeit.
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.

Wir bieten ein marktkonformes Bruttojahresgehalt ab EUR 65.000 pro Jahr. Eine Überzahlung entsprechend der tatsächlichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist vorgesehen.
