You will identify skill gaps within the organization as well as individual peopleYou will create and support leaders by creating people development plans in accordance to their strength as well as the needs of the organizationYou will be responsible for smart Onboarding and Internship ProgramYou will be responsible for developing and implementing further cultural and learning initiatives and programsYou will be responsible to establish a digital learning program within smart which supports the employee in their learning needsYou will be responsible for improvement and further development of SAP SF Performance Management ModulYou will be responsible to support and or lead different cultural or digitization projectsYou will be responsible for administration of our training budget and the reporting of our development measuresYou will support in Performance evaluation of employees as well as target reviews during and at the end of each yearYou will support in creation of a culture of learningYou will support in leadership program organization and execution
