Data Integrity Manager for Laboratory Environment (m/w/d)

Du bist ein(e) IT-Expert*in auf der Suche nach neuen, zusätzlichen Perspektiven und Herausforderungen – dann können wir dir mit dieser Stelle eine Position im Laborumfeld anbieten.

So sieht dein Alltag bei uns aus:


• Sicherstellung einer stabilen Labor-IT-Umgebung gemäß GLP und ISO 17025

• Troubleshooting und Erstellung umfassender Compliance-Dokumentationen und Validierungspläne

• Bindegliedfunktion zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern, von globaler IT über Qualitätssicherung bis hin zu Labor-Mitarbeitenden

• Umsetzung von Projekten gemäß Richtlinien und Prozessen

• Life Cycle Management von Laborgeräten inklusive Einkauf, Lizenzen und Asset Management

• Automatisierung von Prozessen

• Sicherstellung der Compliance aller Computersysteme mit GLP-Vorschriften und internen Qualitätsverfahren

• Zusammenarbeit und Wissensaustausch in einem kleinen, kompetenten Team

• Verwaltung von spezieller Laborsoftware z.B.: LIMS, Testo Saveris oder GC/LC Auswertesoftware

Wer du bist und was du mitbringst:


• Abschluss einer höheren technischen Bildungseinrichtung in Informationstechnologie (Universität, FH oder HTL)

• Zertifizierung in Computer System Validation (zB Certified Validation Professional (CVP) unter GxP)

• Ca. 5 Jahre IT-Erfahrung, idealerweise in einem Labor oder einer streng regulierten Umgebung

• Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und Bereitschaft, Laborabläufe im Detail zu verstehen

• Fähigkeit zur Arbeit im streng regulierten GLP-Umfeld

• Resilienz im Umgang mit Schnelllebigkeit, veränderten Anforderungen und vielen Stakeholdern

• Fähigkeit zum Netzwerken und zur zwischenmenschlichen Interaktion

• Motivation und Engagement, neue Lösungen zu finden

• Teamfähigkeit

Bei Erfüllung der ausgeschriebenen Anforderungen für diese Position ist ein Jahresgesamtbruttogehalt von zumindest € 70.000,-- vorgesehen (Vollzeit auf Basis 38 Wochenstunden) und wir setzen hierbei den Global Equality Standard konsequent um. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
