Analyzing and addressing immediate challanges, while implementing corrective actionDocumenting and tracking quality issues observed in customer assembly plantsReceiving and monitoring concerns from affiliates and of the customerServing as a "window" for communication between customer location and the companyCompiling and communicating daily conerns between the customer and the companyCoordinating with manufacturing plants to acquire and track necessary dataVerifying stock levels in customer warehousesMaintaining a consistent presence at customer plants, proactively addressing issuesKeeping the customer informed about the status of rejections and claimsPeriodically visiting the companies manufacturing locations to gain a deeper understanding of the production process - annual training is obligatory
