Wir suchen einen Business Architect zur Verstärkung unseres Bereiches Healthcare und Life Sciences in Österreich. Healthcare in Österreich vereint die Bereiche Payer (darunter versteht man die Sozialversicherungen) und Provider (darunter versteht man Gesundheitsdienstleister, wie Krankenhäuser oder niedergelassene Ärzte).

Ihre Aufgaben sind dabei:

• Begleitung des gesamten fachlichen und prozesstechnischen Entwicklungsprozesses von der Anforderungserhebung, der Umsetzung bis zur Mitarbeit in der fachlichen Betreuung von modernen Lösungen im Payer und Provider Umfeld im österreichischen Gesundheitswesen.
• Als Business Architect liegt Ihr Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt dabei in der Beratung, der Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen, der Konzeption und dem Design von IT-Lösungen und der fachlichen Begleitung der Implementierung.
• Ein weiterer Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt stellt die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Payer und Provider Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Team dar.

Fachliche Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene HTL-Ausbildung und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni / FH) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Medizinische Informatik, Softwareengineering oder verwandte Studienrichtungen oder entsprechend 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem dieser oben genannten Bereiche
• Kenntnisse des österreichischen Gesundheitssystems
• Kenntnisse im Bereich von Krankenhausprozessen
• Prozessoptimierung o.ä.
• Methodische Erfahrungen z.B. im Bereich Projektabwicklung (Scrum Methodik), Design (bspw. UML), Test, Anforderungs- und Prozessanalyse.

Job description in English:

The Business Architect provides business consulting services to healthcare clients in industry discipline. Designs and delivers Healthcare solution components, supports efforts of specialists in other technical and business disciplines. Plays an active part in design and implementation of software components, builds relationships with client personnel while driving requirements, proposing alternatives, and suggesting best practices.

Main responsibilities:

• Support of the entire development process from the requirements analyses the implementation to the cooperation in the technical support of modern payer and provider solutions in the Austrian health care system.
• As Business Architect your focus will be the consulting, the analysis and the conception of requirements, the design of IT solutions and the professional support of the implementation.
• Another focus of activity is the support and further development of existing payer and provider applications in cooperation with an experienced team.

Mandatory skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT.
• Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare field
• Three or more years of technical consulting experience with analysis, technical design, and redesign of software solutions and system architecture.
• Experience working with techniques and approaches for business design and implementation.
• Experience implementation of software solutions in different infrastructures.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

Other requirements:

• Good workflow analysis and business process integration skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge in the field of IHE, HL7, FIHR or DICOM
• Methodological experience in the field of project management (Scrum methodology), design (e.g. UML) and testing (frameworks such as Selenium).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• Ability to devise creative solutions.
• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex problems.
• Team player.
• Willingness to travel.
