The position is based in Vienna (possibility of other locations)

About the Role

As a Technical Marketing Manager for Flow Control West, you will directly report to the Head of Technical Marketing. Your main responsibilities will involve leveraging your technical expertise and deep knowledge in refractories applications to support sales activities regarding Flow Control products, solutions, and customer processes. You'll actively promote our Flow Control refractories portfolio, systems, and solutions to expand our market share. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with regional Sales, R&D, and Operations teams. Expect to travel nationally and internationally for around 80% of your working time.

Moreover, your responsibilities will include

  • Participating in and overseeing service trials
  • Providing active support during product rollout initiatives
  • Evaluating market trends and conducting competitor analyses

What we expect from you in terms of

Education

  • Preferably, higher education with a technical emphasis
  • Completion of an apprenticeship

Languages

  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

Work Experience

  • Substantial experience in the steel industry or a related sector would be highly beneficial

The annual gross salary for this role will commence at € 70,000.00 (inclusive of overtime) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications, experience, and seniority level.
