Your role and responsibilities

• Collaboration in the implementation and maintenance as well as ongoing development of our central management systems (quality, environment, energy and occupational safety)
• Internal consulting on quality and environmental management topics
• Carrying out internal audits
• Collaboration in the preparation and support of external audits
• Contact with internal and external stakeholders in the course of the area of responsibility
• Coordination and collaboration on projects and research activities in the area of quality management

Qualifications for the role

• Completed vocational training (HTL, FH, UNI, TU), preferably relevant training and practice in the field of quality and/or environmental management
• Ideally experience in quality management, environmental management and/or other management systems
• Training and practice as an internal auditor an advantage
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working with high problem-solving skills
• Willingness to undergo further professional training
• Enthusiasm for standards and laws
• Enthusiasm for advancing quality and environmental issues and the associated assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of € 3.665,31 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
