You will be responsible for filling in the vacancies at senior professional and management level for Germany by following global recruiting guidance and processYou will establish a close cooperation with HRBP and business to understand the business needs and to take it into consideration for our service deliveryYou ensure that clients and candidates make a positive recruitment experienceYou manage all recruiting services (e.g. candidate research via various career networks s.a LI or Xing; recruiting process, candidate interview, candidate assessment; consulting) like a product manager would handle a product, e.g. selling & promoting the process, understanding customer's needs, continuously improve the products
