Your responsibilities
  • Processing of personnel agendas (time management, monthly journals, absences, on/offboarding, training...)
  • Efficient office management (appointments, correspondence, reporting...)
  • Order processing including invoice control
  • Collaboration in the administration and support of our properties and real estate
  • Contact person for colleagues in the department in administrative and organizational matters
  • Interface function for external companies
  • Administrative support for the Head of Real Estate
  • IT key user activities
  • Documentation and maintenance of inventory data
Your background
  • Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, FH, etc.) and several years of experience in commercial or organizational professions
  • Service-oriented personality with pleasure in cross-departmental cooperation in an international environment
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Accurate, independent and structured way of working with a high level of initiative

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of € 3.024,27 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
