It's all about the data – and you know it.

Always been fascinated by work with data, and now want to become an expert? Then our polytechnic trainee programme might be just right for you.

For our digital strategy & transformation area, we are looking to fill 3 polytechnic trainees positions with different areas of focus. The basic stations are: data engineering, business intelligence or data science.

– Our polytechnic trainee programme takes between 12 and 18 months. During this time, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in the data area and to contribute ideas from the start while taking on more complex tasks bit by bit, which will vary depending on your area of focus:

– In data engineering, you will put together with data pipelines using Python in hybrids big data environments.

– In business intelligence, you will create dashboards together with the technical area. In data science, you will create models using machine learning.

– During the trainee programme, you will also get to know the other areas of the company. Depending on the focus of your training, you will swap between selected departments, e.g. engineering and facility management, vehicle engineering or the commercial departments.

This is what you will contribute

– You will have finished your military or civilian service.

– You have recently completed training in IT at a polytechnic and now have basic knowledge of Python and / or SQL.

– Initial experience in creating dashboards would be an advantage.

– For the data science station, we are would prefer a candidate who has already used tools like Qlik & Power BI or another visualisation tool. You are familiar with the term machine learning.

– You will have already gained initial professional experience in internships or smaller projects. You have an open and curious mindset and love asking questions and investigating situations.

– Agile work methods like Scrum and Kanban are your preferred way to work on projects.
