Ihre Aufgaben

• Hauptverantwortlich für Kunden/Accounts im Public Sector (z.B. Bund, Länder, Kommunen) inkl. Pflege und Intensivierung der Kundenbeziehung mit dem Ziel einer langfristigen und dauerhaften Partnerschaft

• Steuerung der Serviceerbringung existierender sowie neuer Geschäfte/Verträge

• Identifikation von Business-Needs sowie die anschließende Entwicklung und Adressierung von Angebotsideen

• Planung und Durchführung des Angebotsprozesses unter Berücksichtigung aller Kundenanforderungen, kritischen Punkten und Risiken mit fachlichem Input durch den Bid Support

• P&L, sowie SLA Verantwortung

• Erstellung von Angeboten mit kundenspezifischen Adaptionen und Service Line übergreifenden Elementen in Abstimmung mit der Service Delivery

• Führung von Kundenverhandlungen und Erarbeitung vielfältiger Dokumente und Präsentationen für eine fachliche Themenvorstellung beim Kunden

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Universität, FH, ..)

• Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Sales / Client Executive Umfeld

• Gutes Projekt Management Know How

• Gute Kenntnisse des österreichischen Public Sector

• Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

• Kenntnis aktueller IT-Themen und –Trends sowie hohes Interesse an zukünftigen Technologien

• eigenverantwortliche, abschlusssichere und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungsfähigkeit auf internationalem Niveau

• fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
