Über die Rolle:

Der Financial Project Controller spielt eine entscheidende im Controlling von spendenfinanzierten Projekten und stellt Compliance zu Spendervorgaben sowie der organisatorischen Richtlinien sicher. Diese Rolle erfordert fortgeschrittene Fähigkeiten in der Analyse von Finanzdaten, Spendenmanagement und Stakeholder-Management.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Finanzplanung und Berichterstattung:

  • Entwicklung umfassender Projektbudgets unter Einbeziehung mehrerer Stakeholder sowie der Berücksichtigung potenzieller Risiken
  • Entwicklung von monatlichen, vierteljährlichen, halbjährlichen und jährlichen Finanzberichten
  • Analyse von Finanzinformationen zur Bewertung der Projektumsetzung und Budgetvorgaben

Spendenmanagement:

  • Koordination, Zusammenstellung, Entwurf und Bearbeitung hochwertiger Reports
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Vorschriften und Anforderungen der Geldgeber während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, einschließlich des Finanzmanagements, Beschaffung und Berichterstattung
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Geldgebern, Partnern, dem Programmteam und anderen Stakeholdern über den Projektfortschritt

Schulungen:

  • Schulung und technische Unterstützung für Projektmitarbeiter und Partner zur Kompetenzstärkung in den Bereichen Spendenmanagement, Reporting und Compliance
  • Information relevanter Stakeholder über aktuelle Trends, regulatorische Änderungen im Bereich Spenderfinanzierung und des Finanzmanagements
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten für Innovationen und Verbesserungen im Bereich Prozesse und Controlling

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sicher im Umgang mit Kennzahlen, mit einem grundlegenden Verständnis von Buchhaltungsverfahren
  • Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse und ein großes Interesse an Projekten zur Datenintegration und Verknüpfung verschiedener Softwaresysteme erwünscht
  • Fähigkeit in multikulturellen Umgebungen effektiv zu agieren
  • Fähigkeit Prozesse und Datenbanken zu verbessern, mit einer proaktiven und lösungsorientierten Denkweise
  • Exzellentes Deutsch und Englisch zwingend erforderlich. Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hands on Mentalität, pro aktives Handeln
