EFL trainer Summer 2024

Join us as a Summer English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Trainer at the GET Academy and become part of a dynamic educational organization.

• Teach 29 units per week at Summer projects across Austria, implementing our innovative and interactive teaching approach.
• Motivate, engage, and inspire students throughout the learning process.
• Collaborate with your Project Lead for the seamless delivery of our immersive English projects.
• Travel between campus and project locations as required.
• Maintain the accuracy of project documentation and administrative processes.

The successful candidate will be a native-level English speaker with a TEFL qualification, showcasing experience in working effectively with children and possessing strong teaching abilities:

• TEFL certification.
• Minimum of 200 hours of classroom teaching experience.
• Proven expertise in using a communicative teaching approach.
• Previous experience with young learners.
• Valid working rights for Europe.
• Background in Summer Camps or Sports coaching considered advantageous.

All selected candidates must undergo a compulsory training program before commencing their contract. This training involves observations, teacher workshops, and is scheduled from 8th to 12th July 2024, with the official contract start date set for 15th July through 30th August 2024.

Salaries are commensurate with qualifications and experience, starting at 1800 euros gross per month based on a 30-hour workweek.
