In your newrole you will: - Lead the digital verification of complex digitaland mixed signal designs, including IPs, Subsystems, ASIC and SoCs.- Coordinate the overall digital verification activities such asverification planning, verification tracking and reporting, as wellas requirement-based verification - Conduct the clarification ofverification requirements with multiple communication interfaces -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including concept, design,AMS verification, and post-silicon validation teams, to ensure highquality designs - Hands-on contributor to digital verificationeither from scratch, or using legacy verification environments andflows - Focus on all-directions-reuse of the VerificationComponents to be implemented - Identify and mitigate risks indynamic projects, with proactive communication to the project team- Drive the enhancement of existing verification methodologies andflows, drive required innovation projects and get buy-in frommanagement - Foster process and efficiency improvements whereapplicable, as well as share your expertise to the other teammembers so that they are able to grow - As a technical lead inspireand mentor junior verification engineers while providing invaluabletechnical support and guidance to development teams and businesspartners - Identify and address synergies between digital andanalog centric Pre-Silicon verification, and Post-Siliconvalidation You are a seasoned expert in digital verification, witha strong background in leading the development of complex digitaland mixed signal designs, including IPs, Subsystems, ASICs, andSoCs. You excel in driving innovation, collaboration, and processimprovements, with a passion for mentoring and growinghigh-performing teams. You are best equipped for this task if youhave: - 8+ years of Digital Verification experience and a deepunderstanding of all technical aspects of Verification forMixed-Signal Designs, including 3+ years of leadership activities -Outstanding Expertise in digital verification and all tasks neededto achieve design verification closure, including state of the arttools and methodologies (SV-UVM, Xcelium, vManager, Certitude, etc)- A sense of urgency for upcoming innovation in the field ofverification - Proven leadership skills, with experience incoordinating activities, providing technical guidance, andmentoring junior engineers. - Self-motivated, flexible, goodcommunication with interpersonal skills and is a good team playerwho can work well with both internal and external partners -Candidate has proven ability to achieve results in a very dynamic,multi-site environment and be able to coordinate with prioritiesand self-initiatives - A proven ability to solve problems withhigher complexity by pro-actively involving expert networks Weoffer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on yourperformance, experience and qualification.
