Storemanager in 40 Stunden / Woche

Gehalt: € 2.461,00 + Bonus (Vollzeit 40h) Eine Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Qualifikation möglich.

Aufgaben

Als Storemanager in in einem unserer Stores bist Du verantwortlich fur die selbstständige operative Leitung einer Max & Benito Filiale, wobei dieser Verantwortungsbereich in Zukunft wachsen kann im Rahmen der allgemeinen Wachstumsstrategie des Unternehmens. Du bist vor allem verantwortlich fur:

  • Umsetzung, Weitergabe und Leben der Unternehmenskultur
  • Operative Leitung des Restaurants
  • Koordination insbesondere des Servicebereichs fur einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Aktive Gästebetreuung und operative Mitarbeit im Serviceteam
  • Verantwortung fur mindestens 10-15 Mitarbeiter inkl. Dienstplangestaltung
  • Motivation, Training und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
  • Durchfuhrung laufender Bestellungen und Monatsinventuren
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Qualitäts-, Service- und Hygienestandards
  • Sicherstellung einer guten und effizienten Zusammenarbeit mit der Kuche
  • Administrative Aufgaben (es geht nie ohne )

Profil

Seit Gründung im Herbst 2015 hat sich Max & Benito inzwischen zu einer der erfolgreichsten und am schnellsten wachsenden Fast-Casual-Food-Konzepte Österreichs entwickelt. Fünf Standorte in Wien versüßen den Alltag durch mexikanisch-kalifornische Burritos, Tacos und Bowls. Dabei bestechen die Standorte, alle auf eigene Art, mit lockerer und gemütlicher Atmosphäre.
