WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF VIENNA:EXCHANGING ACROSS EUROPE Security Operations Center (SOC) Lead (all genders) * Vienna * experienced * full-time * all genders * immediate start * VIG IT Digital Solutions GmbH Your Tasks * * Strategic planning, further development and implementation of the SOC/SIEM strategy, taking into account the individual security requirements and compliance specifications of the VIG Group.* Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends in SOC/SIEM, taking into account both the efficiency of the SOC and the specific needs of customers.Technical management of projects to implement new SOC/SIEM functions or technologies. * Technical management of projects to implement new SOC/SIEM functions or technologies. * Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the SOC/SIEM service, from planning and implementation to operation and maintenance while ensuring the availability, performance and stability of the SOC/SIEM systems. * Definition and monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs). * Working with the Group Competence Center SOC/SIEM and customers to understand their requirements and align the SOC/SIEM service accordingly. * Regular communication with each customer about the status of the SOC/SIEM service, important developments and security-related events, as well as building and maintaining relationships with external partners and suppliers. * Preparation and presentation of regular reports on the status of the SOC/SIEM service, key performance indicators (KPIs) and incidents, both for management and for each individual customer. The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 65 000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise?
