Job Description
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Einkauf und Lager
  • Überprüfen & Verbuchen von Lieferantenrechnungen im ERP – Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Dokumentation & Verwaltung der Lieferscheine
  • Unterstützung in diversen Bereichen des operativen Geschäfts sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von technischen Abläufen und Prozessen
  • Schnittstelle zu Einkauf, Lager, Vertrieb und Controlling
Qualifications
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse – MS Excel, Datenbank- und ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Analytisches, Lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken & Handeln
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft für internationale Dienstreisen
