VoterAI originated from AI Empowered Politics and is now being established as an independent company. Our goal is to create an AI-powered platform that processes and presents political information in a personalized and comprehensible way. Citizens and businesses should be able to see at a glance how political decisions impact them. Data-driven analyses and interactive formats will enable well-founded, personalized political orientation—far beyond election days.

Your Role:

As Technical Co-Founder (CTO), you will not only be responsible for technological development but also play a key role in our leadership team. Together with us, you will shape the strategic direction and long-term growth of VoterAI.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing the technical architecture and scaling our AI-powered platform
• Overseeing data integration, security, and high-performance systems
• Building and leading a development team in later growth phases
• Closely collaborating with the founders on product strategy and business development
• Making key technological decisions that will ensure VoterAI's long-term success

What You Bring:

Solid experience in full-stack development, ideally with a focus on AI, NLP, or data analysis

Passion for data-driven technologies and political information systems

Entrepreneurial mindset – you don't just want to develop a product, but help build a company

Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong decision-making skills

Interest in digital innovations in a societal and economic context
