Als Site Reliability Engineer spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Aufrechterhaltung der Produktivumgebung unserer Kunden. Werde Teil unseres agilen und dynamischen Teams und trage zur Entwicklung und Optimierung der Infrastruktur bei, welche unsere Plattformen erhält.
Dein Aufgabenbereich beinhaltet:

  • Einrichten, Betreiben und Optimieren von Kundenanwendungen und deren Infrastruktur
  • Entwickeln und Betreiben von internen Test– und Staging Systemen
  • Einsatz moderner Container- und Clustertechnologien wie Docker und Kubernetes, sowie Open-Source-Tools
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Systemarchitekturen und Betriebskonzepten
  • Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Kundeninfrastruktur und deren Beratung in den Bereichen Security, Infrastruktur und Application Services
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im internen, abteilungsübergreifenden Incident Managements, um rasch Lösungen zu finden (Rufbereitschaft: ca. 5/Monat in der Zeit von 6:00 bis 22:00 Uhr)
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuirlichen Weiterentwicklung von unternehmensweiten DevOps-Ansätzen (z.B. Automatisierung und Monitoring)

Essential Skills

  • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Web Operations
  • Kenntnisse in CI/CD und Build Pipeline (z.B. GitLab, Jenkins)
  • Erfahrung mit Konfigurationsmanagement–Tools wie ArgoCD und Terraform (IaC)
  • Offene, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (mind. B2 Level)

Beneficial Skills

  • Erfahrung mit Docker und Kubernetes
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Shell Scripting und Programmierung in Python
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch

Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ab. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir allen Mitarbeiter:innen ein intern vergleichbares Gehalt bieten. Aus rechtlichen Gründen geben wir das jährliche Mindestgehalt für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung gemäß dem aktuellen IT-Kollektivvertrags an, welches für diese Position € 53.802 brutto/Jahr beträgt.
