  • Betreuung/Ausbau bestehender Kooperationen (Relationship Management, Business Development)
  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftspartner, Erarbeitung von Potentialanalysen und
  • Go-to-Market Strategien, Mitwirkung an Akquise
  • Koordinierung und Begleitung von Produktimplementierungen/ Ausschreibungen
  • Erstellung von Partnerpräsentationen, Versicherungsangeboten/Tarifen, Verkaufsmaterialien
  • Produktmanagement (Bedarfsanalyse, Definition der Zielgruppe und Verkaufskanäle, Produktkonzeption, Customer Journey Gestaltung, Produktmarketing, Erarbeitung von Vertriebskonzepten)
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Partnerterminen, Calls, Workshops, Vertriebsschulungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung von Vertrags- und Endkundendokumenten und Kundenzufriedenheitsinitiativen
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder entsprechende Fachausbildung im Finanz- oder Vertriebs-Bereich
    • Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Produktmanagement und erste Erfahrungen im Key Account Management
    • Growth Mindset, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
    • Proaktiver, strukturierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
    • Digitale Fähigkeiten (Know-How hinsichtlich Online Customer Journeys, User Stories, Leadgenerierung, Online-Marketing, Front-End/CRM Tools)
    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
    • Starke Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
    • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Power Point
    • Erfahrungen in der Versicherungsbranche und Kenntnisse im Bereich Bancassurance und B2B2C-Vertrieb von Vorteil
