STRABAG AG (BIM-) Business Architect (m/w/d) Wien, Stuttgart Vollzeit req67849 Aufgaben Als (BIM-) Business Architect (m/w/d) in der STRABAG Innovation & Digitalization (SID) gestaltest und optimierst Du Geschäftsprozesse, Organisationsstrukturen und IT-Landschaften und unterstützt somit maßgeblich die Erreichung strategischer Unternehmensziele. Zudem agierst Du als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen, IT und Management und sorgst somit dafür, dass digitale Transformationsprozesse und Innovationen nachhaltig im STRABAG Konzern implementiert werden. Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen unter anderem: * Analyse und Definition von Geschäftsprozessen zur Einführung und Optimierung von Building Information Modelling (BIM) im Konzern * Sicherstellung der Kompatibilität von BIM Prozessen mit bestehenden Digital- und Datenstrategien inkl. Definition von erforderlichen Schnittstellen * Sicherstellen eines konzernweiten einheitlichen Service Levels in der BIM-Einführung * Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Implementierung von BIM-Plattformen und -Tools * Begleitung von IT-Entwicklungsprojekten zur Verbesserung der BIM-Datenverarbeitung und -nutzung * Beratung des Managements hinsichtlich BIM-Entwicklungen, Chancen und Risiken * Teilnahme an Konferenzen, Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen zur Weiterentwicklung von BIM im Konzern und in der Branche * Planung, Koordination, Co-Leitung sowie Dokumentation von (BIM-) Netzwerkterminen * Laufendes Controlling und Reporting der Netzwerkziele und Zielerreichung in der operativen Einführung von modellbasierten Arbeitsweisen im gesamten Konzern * Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie agieren als proaktive Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen operativen BIM-Verantwortlichen, dem Management und der SID Qualifikationen * Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (mit Schwerpunkt auf Bau-IT, Datenmanagement oder Prozessdigitalisierung) * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im BIM Management sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in BIM Technologien, Methoden und Standards (IFC, ISO 19650) * Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.B. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Lean Construction) * Erfahrung mit IT-Architekturen, Schnittstellentechnologien (z.B. API-Management, Datenmodellierung) und Cloud Plattformen * Wissen und Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und in der Prozessmodellierung (z.B.
