In order to strengthen the IT Service teamwe are looking for you at any country where we are operating YOUWILL. Main tasks - Ownership and accountability for the ITinfrastructure and Service Desk services of the product - Developand continuously improve the IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap- Responsible for budgeting, cost management and cost controllingfor the product "IT Infrastructure & Service Desk" - Providefunctional and disciplinary leadership for the expert team, alongwith technical coordination of the members involved in the product- Manage and supervise the external service providers for all ITinfrastructure services & projects - Align with Divisions andHolding to balance IT infrastructure needs - Manage the on-callduty service (24/7) for the entire Prinzhorn Group - Monitor andensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Negotiatecontracts with external partners. Requirements - Minimum five yearsexperience in an IT Infrastructure function with leadershipresponsibility, ideally in a group of companies - Five or moreyears professional experience in IT Infrastructure in a hostedservices environment. - Experience in coordination and managementof IT vendors as well as IT budgetary and financial management -Deep knowledge of IT service aspects such as SLAs, KPIs, ITIL andindustry best practices - In depth understanding of modern andemerging IT technologies, delivery approaches and trends -Leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire othersto find pragmatic solutions in a dynamic, multi-cultural, andgeographically distributed matrix organization - Combine andbalance hands-on mentality and conceptional work - Willingness totravel to all group-countries - English business fluent WE WILL.
