This positionensures efficient technology transfer, supports customer needs, andmaintains compliance with industry standards, ultimately drivingfaster product development cycles and enhancingmanufacturability.Your ResponsibilitiesProcess Integration &Development: Design and optimize process flows, troubleshootanomalies, and collaborate with engineers.Yield Improvement &Stability: Monitor data, implement corrective actions, and conductrisk assessments.Advanced Substrate Integration: Lead packagingdesign and collaborate with partners for mass production.TechnologyTransfer & Customer Support: Transfer new processes tomanufacturing and provide technical guidance.Documentation &Compliance: Maintain records and ensure adherence to standards.YourProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering,Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.Over 3 years'experience in a similar position in IC substrate or semiconductorindustry.Troubleshoot integration bottlenecks (e.g., contactresistance, defectivity).Strong data analysis using statisticalmethods (DOE, failure mode analysis).Proven knowledge in Six Sigmatools (SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, CP).
