Wir sind über 700 kluge Köpfe und haben zwei Agenden: Das reibungslose Einkaufserlebnis aller SPAR-Kundinnen und -Kunden in 7 Ländern und die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse hinter den Regalen" im Konzern. Du unterstützt uns dabei: * Produktentwicklung & Support: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Retail-ERP-Anwendungen sowie 3rd-Level-Support, um Geschäftsanforderungen und Benutzerzufriedenheit im Austausch mit Stakeholdern sicherzustellen * Requirements Engineering: Übersetze Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen und Prozesse. Gewährleiste eine nahtlose Kommunikation zwischen Prozessmanagement, Softwareentwicklung und anderen Stakeholdern * Qualitätssicherung: Durch Tests mit dem Geschäfts- und QA-Teams stellst du sicher, dass unsere Retail-ERP-Lösungen höchste Qualität bieten und kontinuierlich verbessert werden * Change Management: Begleite Systemänderungen und Updates im ERP-System, minimiere Störungen für Nutzer:innen und arbeite eng im Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen und Systemen zusammen * Technische Expertise: Du verstehst das ERP-Framework und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung mit fundiertem Prozessverständnis und Know-how bei Du überzeugst mit: * Ausgeprägten technischen Fähigkeiten, insbesondere in SQL. Ein formaler Abschluss in Informatik, Informationssystemen oder einem verwandten Bereich ist von Vorteil * Erfahrung oder Interesse an Retail-Prozessen * Starken Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einem proaktiven Ansatz zur Problemlösung und Weiterentwicklung * Erfahrung als Product Engineer, Requirements Engineer oder ähnlichen Rollen in ERP-Systemen und Prozessen * Guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
