Ihre Aufgabe * Inbetriebnahme sowie Durchführung von Serviceleistungen an sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen * Störungsbehebung an Sicherheitssystemen * Vernetzung von Anlagen und Systemen * Dokumentation, Schulung und Übergabe von Anlagen an Kund:innen * Pflege des Kundenkontakts und technische Vertriebsunterstützung Unsere Anforderungen * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Nachrichtentechnik (HTL, Lehre, Fachschule) * Fundierte digitale Anwendungskenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse * Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement, insbesondere in herausfordernden Phasen mit hoher Arbeitsbelastung * Führerschein in der Klasse B * Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Wir bieten Ihnen * Möglichkeit zur Kfz-Privatnutzung * Positives Betriebsklima und ein integrativer Teil eines dynamischen Teams * Förderung der persönlichen Entwicklung durch gezielte Weiterbildung und Produktspezialisierungen * Spannende Projekte in einem expandierenden, internationalen Unternehmen mit langfristigen Perspektiven Als Kundendiensttechniker:in sind Sie Teil unseres Kundendienstteams und arbeiten an technisch anspruchsvollen Anlagen. Ihre Aufgaben erstrecken sich von der Inbetriebnahme über Störungsbehebung bis hin zur Wartung von Brandmelde-, Kommunikations-, und Sicherheitssystemen. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Tätigkeit beträgt monatlich EUR 3.252,- brutto mit Bereitschaft zur betrieblichen Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
