Aufgaben - Coordinateand support investigation of key quality defects of components fromthe customers and/or field service team to drive corrective actionsand continuous improvement - Drive the improvement of thesuppliers' quality and manufacturing processes to ensure productquality, cost, and on-time-delivery - Act as liaison / technicallead for cross functional projects to include Build Verify andProduction Readiness Review - Audit and document supply baseperformance on critical process of records and overall qualitymanagement systems - Collaborate on the continuous development ofsupply base through close teamwork with product management, globalproduct group, and supplier business managers - Leads, and ispersonally accountable for, high profile project timelines andmilestones. - Continuously working on process improvement anddeveloping Best Known Methods - Provide technical support in Build,Test and FQA to suppliers in product deployment and transition -Perform Standardized Supplier Quality Audits and administerSupplier Quality Scorecard for existing suppliers to promotecontinuous improvement. - Drive Root Cause and Corrective ActionAnalysis on defects and Escalations Profil - University degree inElectrical or Mechanical Engineering - Experience in the one of thefollowing areas: -Mechatronics/Automation/Robotics/Computers/Controllers/PCBA/Sensors/Detectors- Fluid dynamics/Heaters/Pumps/Filters/Flow and Pressure Control;solid understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics,mass/momentum/heat transfer - Creative thinking and strong problemsolving and troubleshooting capabilities - Solid understanding ofstatistical process control and basic statistical analysis used inproduction setting - Solid understanding of equipment and componentmanufacturing processes - Experience in supplier processdevelopment & quality management - Understanding of failureanalysis and problem solving - International & domestictravelling Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Semiconductorequipment, Capital Equipment industry and its manufacturingprocesses. - Effective communication and presentation skills, bothwritten and verbal, in English. - Statistical analysis skillsincluding statistical process control and data analysis used inproduction setting. - Knowledge in Design Failure Mode and EffectAnalysis (DFMEA). - Proven stakeholder management skills, withability to influence both internal and external stakeholders orcustomers in technical matters. A higherpayment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills.The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits ofon-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to workremotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and VirtualFlex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lamor customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to workremotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location,and remotely the rest of the time.
