Internship: Community Manager

🚀At theHRchapter and Coach4expats, we are looking for a creative and dynamic Community Manager & Social Media Content Creator who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement. Duration: 6-month contract, possible renewalCompensation: €150/monthWork Mode: Fully remoteSchedule: Flexible hoursKey responsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media channels in both English and Spanish. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize content and strategies. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and engaged online community. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, bilingual (Spanish and English) multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement. Newsletter Design & Implementation: Design, create, and distribute bi-weekly newsletters to our subscriber base in Spanish and English. Write compelling newsletter content in both Spanish and English, with a focus on driving conversions and engagement. Analyze the performance of newsletters (open rates, click rates, etc.) and make recommendations for improvements. Community Engagement: Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to grow brand awareness and build relationships. Manage our LinkedIn profiles and boost paid and organic postings. Organize and manage online events, Q&A sessions, and contests to enhance community participation. Act as the brand’s voice in online discussions, ensuring timely responses and a consistent, positive tone. Requirements Studies in Marketing, Communications, or related. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Knowledge in social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. A strong passion for social media & content creation. Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills in both languages. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Nice to have Experience working with international brands or multilingual audiences. Experience in designing and implementing newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
