Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung der Reception
  • Bearbeitung aller Reservierungen und aktive Mithilfe im Tagesgeschäft an der Reception
  • Begrüssen, Beraten und Betreuen unserer Gäste
  • Check-in / Check-out
  • Arbeiten auf unserem Hotelprogramm AIDA
  • Offerten & Bestätigungen schreiben
  • Schriftverkehr in D / E / F
  • Emails bearbeiten
  • Onlineportale pflegen
  • Social Media betreuen
  • ggfls. Mithilfe bei Stosszeiten im Restaurant
  • Ansprechpartner für die Hotelleitung & anderen Departemente
  • Manager on Duty Dienst

Sie

  • haben Berufserfahrung in unserem Segment
  • sprechen deutsch, englisch und französisch
  • sind eine offene und freundliche Person und mögen Gäste
  • sind gewohnt in der Saisonhotellerie zu arbeiten, wobei es sich hier um eine
    Jahresstelle handelt
  • übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und führen das Team und die Reception
    in unserem Sinne
  • bringen neue Ideen ein, optimieren die Abläufe und arbeiten eng mit der Direktion

Angenehmes Arbeitsklima in einem Familienbetrieb, mitten im Dorf gelegen.

Lohn gemäss Gesamtarbeitsvertrag oder höher.
