Versandabwicklung * Monitoring der Produktion bei den externen Lohnherstellern und bei den Kwizda Werken * Sicherstellung der Lieferzuverlässigkeit und Liefertreue aller externen Lohnhersteller * Abwicklung der Inventur bei den Lohnherstellern inkl. Korrekturbuchungen in SAP * Identifizierung neuer externer Lohnhersteller zum Ausbau eines entsprechenden Netzwerks * Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Abteilung Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung * 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Produktionsbereich (vorzugsweise in der Lohnfertigung) eines internationalen Unternehmens * Gute Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement * Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit in einer Matrixorganisation mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zusammenzuarbeiten * Analytische, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise * Organisations- bzw. Umsetzungsstärke, Lösungsorientierung * Kommunikationsstärke, Netzwerk-Fähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (v.a.
