  • Stundenerfassung von Mitarbeitern 
  • Eingabe von Daten in Excel Tabellen 
  • Abfertigung und Dokumentenübergabe an Fahrer 
  • Kommunikation mit diversen Personalfirmen
  • Urlaubserfassung der Mitarbeiter
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen
Anforderungen
  • Selbständiges und konzentriertes Arbeiten
  • eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes von Vorteil
  • Microsoft Office Kenntnisse 
GehaltDas kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt ab EUR 2.500 Brutto / Monat. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Vorkenntnissen ist gegeben.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stunden / Woche
Dienstbeginn: ab 01.05.2024
Dienstort: Flughafen Wien
