This position reports to Finance Manager Your role and responsibilities We are looking for a Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to act as a key financial business partner to the Division Management, reporting directly to the Division CFO. In this critical role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the FP&A team, oversee controlling processes and systems, drive financial analysis, and lead process optimization initiatives. Additionally, you will foster a cost-conscious culture and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Your Responsibilities: * Lead the FP&A team, overseeing controlling processes (LPP, Rolling Forecast, Budgeting), controlling systems (B&R COPA), and management reporting * Analyze and interpret key performance indicators, monitor financial planning (budgeting, forecasting), ensure compliance with budget and forecast guidelines, and promote standardized processes and tools * Execute and oversee financial results analysis, coordinate management reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), and drive process improvements and global initiatives to enhance financial controlling * Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, foster cost awareness, and support the professional and personal development of the B&R FP&A team Qualifications for the role * Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification. * Several years of professional experience in controlling and financial analysis in an international company including leadership roles * Sound knowledge in areas such as performance management, operational excellence, risk management, and internal controls. * Experience in data analysis and the use of corresponding tools (e.g., Excel, BI software) * Good knowledge of tax law * Analytical skills, structured work approach, and high attention to detail * Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams. * Excellent proficiency in English (company language is English); German is an advantage Wir bieten: * Flexible Arbeitszeiten * Sicherer Arbeitsplatz * Einzigartiger B&R Spirit * Verpflegungsangebote * B&R Corporate Benefits More about us At B&R - a member of the ABB Group, you can expect an exciting and challenging job with an individually tailored introductory training.
