Join our dynamic team at paper republicas a Junior Accounting Specialist to provide essential support invarious accounting processes, overall organization of the sectorand communication with different departments within the company.Aufgaben Key responsibilities: - Daily Accounting Tasks: Handledata entry and ensure document compliance. - Accounts Payable:Review and approve purchase invoices. Prepare payment orders andensure creditors are paid on time.- - Cash Management: Prepareliquiditiy reports and forecast to ensure cash levels. - Month-EndSupport: Manage the month-end closing and assist with year-endclosing processes. - General Ledger Maintenance: Collaborate withthe extrenal accountancy and tax advisor for general ledger upkeep.- Reporting: Create and analyze statistics and reports. - FinancialAnalysis: Conduct trend analysis and provide insights. - ProcessImprovement: Contribute ideas for better accounting procedures. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams togather essential information. Profil Key qualifications: - StrongBackground in Finance or Accounting: HAK school diploma or advancedprogress in a bachelor's degree from a university. - You havealready gained initial work experience in Finance or Accounting. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - ERPexperience preferred - Accuracy in data entry and calculations. -You are self-motivated person with a strong willingness to learnand take commitment and responsibilities. - You'll be working in ateam, requiring you to be rigorous, structured, proactive andhaving both numerical and analytical skills. - You can work in anautonomous way and prioritize tasks, having time management skillsto be able to meet deadlines. - Outstanding Communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams across thecompany in a very international environment. - Excellent writtenand oral communication skills in English (C1 level). Proficiency inGerman - You enjoy working in a team and proactively bring ideasand solutions to improve, making processes smother and effective. -You are passionate about notebooks, leather and craftsmanship.
