Introduction We are looking for a Convention Sales Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team If you want to be part of a dynamic team, then you've come to the right place. From the moment the agreement is signed until the billing is sent, you will be the link between the involved departments of our hotel and the guest. What you bring with you: Successfully completed training and/or studies in the field of hotel management or as an event manager desirable. First professional experience in hotel sales desirable Experience in event organisation and active sales Good knowledge of MS Office Positive charisma and enthusiasm Creativity, openness, and independence characterise you Strong organisational skills Ability to work in a team, determined, reliable and resilient Class B driving licence Good knowledge of German and English Your tasks: Offer & contract processing, planning, coordination & implementation of groups, events, and conferences. Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships Conducting contract negotiations with local customers Establishing contact with potential new customers (as required) Preparation of statistical evaluations with Excel Carrying out appointments and customer visits Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures Representation of the hotels
