Dies wird durch die globale Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Tochtergesellschaften und Partnern realisiert. Als Head of System Engineering bei Frequentis ist Ihre Expertise gefragt, um ein Team von System Engineers in ATM Voice Solutions Projekten zu führen. In Zusammenarbeit mit Solution Architects und Technical Solution Managern stellen Sie den Erfolg unserer weltweiten Projekte sicher.
Aufgaben Führung & Teamentwicklung:
Leitung und Management eines Teams von Engineers (sowohl lokal als auch offshore)
Abstimmung der täglichen Engineering-Aufgaben mit den Projektmanagement-Kolleg:innen in der Delivery Operations Organisation
Mentoring und Anleitung von System Engineers durch Zielsetzung, Aufgabenverteilung und Sicherstellung der Projektabstimmung
Definition jährlicher Schulungsziele, Überwachung der Buchungsprozesse und Sicherstellung der Budgetfreigaben durch den Head of Department oder HR
Förderung von Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Führungsrollen und Unterstützung ihrer Zusammenarbeit mit dem Solution Architect Team
Ressourcen- & Projektzusammenarbeit:
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ressourcenmanagement zur effizienten Nutzung der Engineering-Ressourcen
Erstellung monatlicher Berichte zur Ressourcenallokation und Nutzung
Sicherstellung einer optimalen Projektzuweisung der Engineers mit ausgewogener Arbeitsbelastung
Teilnahme an vierteljährlichen Foren mit dem Projektmanagement zur Abstimmung und Verbesserung interner Prozesse
Technische Zusammenarbeit & Stakeholder-Management:
Sicherstellung der Abstimmung zwischen Solution Architects, Entwicklungs- und Delivery-Teams sowohl in der Softwarebereitstellung als auch bei Legacy-System-Projekten
Einbindung der richtigen technischen Experten bereits in der Angebotsphase eines Projekts
Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Solution Architects und Engineers in der Angebotsphase
Unterstützung der Pre-Sales-Engineering-Aktivitäten und Beitrag zur Überprüfung von Angebotskalkulationen

Profil Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Engineering, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
Mindestens 5 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von Engineering-Teams, idealerweise in einem multinationalen Umfeld
Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Ressourcenplanungsfähigkeiten
Hervorragende Mentoring- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit technischer Expertise
Kompetenz im Stakeholder-Management, sowie in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit einer starken lösungsorientierten Denkweise
Entscheidungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
