Forwarding agent

• You will organize our subcontractors for national and international operations.
• You will be available as a contact person for our customers and transport service providers.
• You ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely and qualitative manner.
• Your tasks include order entry and placement, freight documentation and the fulfillment of all administrative tasks in transport.
• You process complaints and monitor transport processes.

(The remuneration according to the collective agreement for forwarding is EUR 1,803.40 gross per month for 40 hours per week. In reality, however, the salary is based on your performance and, depending on your qualifications and commitment, is significantly higher than the collective agreement.)

• You have logistical talent.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the freight forwarding industry, but this is not a requirement.
• You speak fluent English and, ideally, another foreign language as well.
• You enjoy communicating with potential customers by telephone.
• You appear confident and are characterized by sound knowledge of conversation and negotiation skills.
