Deine Aufgaben: * Anforderungsanalyse sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungen als Software und Solution Architekt * Erzielung des höchstmöglichen Nutzens für Kund:innen innerhalb der Projektgrenzen * Definition und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen und komplexen Software- und System-Architekturen * Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Parteien um end-to-end Lösungen zu liefern und als Ansprechpartner:in für (verteilte) Entwicklungs-Teams zu agieren * Evaluierung von und Experimentieren mit verschiedenen Technologien um konkrete Herausforderungen zu meistern * Einbringung von Ideen wie die Technologie- oder Architektur einer bestehenden Lösung verbessert werden kann * Erarbeitung und Aufbereitung von Kundenanfragen inklusive dem Abhalten von Präsentationen bei Kund:innen Damit punktest Du bei uns: * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf Hochschulniveau mit Fokus auf Softwareentwicklung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in großen IT Projekten * Gute Kenntnisse in Java Software Entwicklung, Java open-source Landschaft, Web-Technologien und Software Tools * Erfahrung in Software- und Solution Architektur und das Wissen wie man klassische robuste monolithische Applikation aber auch moderne micro-service und Cloud basierte Applikation entwirft * Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und starkes analytisches Denken * Du verfügst über eine Hands-on Mentalität, denken innovativ, vorausschauend aber auch kritisch * Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen und ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Teamfähigkeit * Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich) * Reisebereitschaft (wochentags im DACH-Raum) Damit punkten wir bei Dir: * Berufliche Vielfalt, hohe Eigenverantwortung und gelebtes Miteinander * Individuelle und aktive Karriereförderung unterstützt durch umfassende Trainingsprogramme * Inspirierende Projekte an der Schnittstelle Consulting und IT in unterschiedlichen Branchen weltweit * Laptop für den beruflichen und privaten Gebrauch, Essensgutscheine und Zuschuss zum Jobticket * Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und zahlreiche zusätzliche Benefits * Gleichberechtigte und integrative Kultur - wir setzen uns für eine vielfältige und integrative Arbeitskultur ein, in der sich jede:r Einzelne zugehörig fühlt und sich in einem Arbeitsumfeld mit starkem Gemeinschaftssinn entfalten kann Du hast bei uns die Möglichkeit, basierend auf Deiner individuellen Leistung aktiv dein Gehalt zu beeinflussen.
