Aufgaben

• In dieser Rolle verantwortest Du die technische Verfügbarkeit unserer Software
Produktfamilie
• Du sorgst für die Sicherstellung und Qualitätssicherung der Systeme im Backend
(Datenbanken und Betreuung von Schnittstellen).
• Du führst Systemtests in Bezug auf Dateninhalte, Performance und Sicherheit durch.
• Du übernimmst die Bearbeitung von KundenTickets sowie die Analyse von Incidents.
• Als Application Manager sorgst Du für die Deployments und bietest Support bei der
Übernahme neuer Entwicklungen in den Regelbetrieb.
• Du wirkst innerhalb eines interdisziplinären Produktteams an der Weiterentwicklung
neuer Einsatzgebiete mit.
• Gemeinsam mit dem Product Management berätst du unsere Kunden zu möglichen
Einsatzgebieten.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Universität - bevorzugt mit technischem
Schwerpunkt)
• Wünschenswert sind 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und/oder im
Betrieb von BIAnwendungen
• Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd – Level Support
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Microsoft Produkten (z.B. Windows/MSSQL
Server/XML/JSON/C#/.NET) und BI-Applikationen
• Projektmanagement-Erfahrung wünschenswert
• ITIL Basisknowhow von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Du arbeitest kundenorientiert und bist kommunikativ
• Problembehandlungen bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe

Gehalt: Das KV-Mindestgrundgehalt beträgt 3.500,00 - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung wird eine Überzahlung geboten
