Vienna, Österreich Forward Creatives GmbH Vollzeit

Für die Vorbereitung und Abwicklung unserer vielfältigen Projekte und die Betreuung unserer Agentur-Kunden vergeben wir laufend Praktikumsplätze für sechs Monate in unserem Office in Wien. Das Stundenausmaß beträgt 38,5 Stunden, das Praktikum ist bezahlt (geringfügig entsprechend der jeweils aktuellen Grenze).

In einem Praktikum mit Schwerpunkt Event Management und Produktion steht die Mitarbeit in unserem Festival Team im Mittelpunkt. Gemeinsam kuratieren wir das Programm und planen die Umsetzung der Forward Festivals. Es werden Pläne erarbeitet, Angebote eingeholt, die Produktion vorbereitet und die Umsetzung aller Programmpunkte koordiniert. Außerdem werden vor Ort die diversen Produktionspartner betreut, Speaker*innen und Partner*innen gemanagt und die Festivals produktionstechnisch umgesetzt.

Tasks
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung & Durchführung der Forward Festivals
  • Selbstständige Organisation & Koordination von Programmpunkten
  • Produktionsvorbereitung Lineup, Expo Area und Side-Events
  • Anfrage, Angebotseinholung & Zusammenarbeit mit externen Produktionspartnern
  • Mithilfe bei der laufenden Betreuung von Sponsoren & Partnern
  • Mithilfe bei Konzeption, Angebotserstellung und Integration von Sponsoren & Partnern
  • Abwicklung von Partnerschaften mit Institutionen, Universitäten und anderen Partnern

Außerdem immer mit dabei:

  • Arbeit an der Schnittstelle zum Communications-Team
  • Mitarbeit an Partner-Akquise und Pitches
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen & Angeboten
Requirements
  • Interesse an den Themenbereichen Design/Creative Industries
  • Flexibilität (wir arbeiten an vielen Projekten gleichzeitig)
  • Organisationstalent & strukturierte Arbeitsweise (anders klappt’s nicht)
  • Persönlicher Workflow kompatibel mit Arbeiten in kleinen Teams
  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Versiert im Umgang mit Office/Google Docs, Tabellen & Präsentationen
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung im Event Management
