Für den weiteren Marktaufbau in Österreich suchen wir eine(n) erfahrene(n) und motivierte(n) Research Consultant.

Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen und Zielfirmenlisten in Abstimmung mit unseren Partnern und Beratern
  • Kandidatenrecherche und -ansprache in sozialen Netzwerken, in internen und externen Datenbanken sowie telefonisch
  • Management des Bewerbungsprozesses
  • Organisation der gesamten Candidate-Journey
  • Kontinuierlicher Aufbau des Kandidatenpools in unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem
Qualifikation
  • Sie haben mindestens eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares
  • Hohe Affinität zu Social-Media & Digitalisierung
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sprachliche Gewandtheit
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse & Affinität
  • Erfahrung im Research/Recruiting (auch als Werkstudent oder Praktikant)
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung: Für diese Position beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis das Monatsbruttogehalt lt. KV € 1.830,09 pro Monat. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Überbezahlung geboten.
