We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales - we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are "born global" and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

Are you ready to craft captivating digital landscapes and lead the digital pulse of our brand? As our Digital Content Manager, you'll wield the magic of words and visuals to enchant our audience. Here’s what your typical spellbook will look like:
Tasks- Craft and Manage Digital Content: From spellbinding blog posts and demo videos to informative infographics and engaging social media postings, you’re the gatekeeper of quality and creativity.
- Navigate Digital Realms: Expertly navigate multiple online platforms and understand what resonates best in each space.
- Master the Tools: Embrace and evaluate new tools and platforms. Don’t just play it safe; dare to try new ways that can amplify our digital impact.
- Growth & Conversion Optimization: Develop growth strategies for our digital channels and increase conversion rates on our website and email marketing campaigns by fine-tuning the user experience and messaging.
- Openness to New Topics: You take pleasure in delving into sometimes complex subject matters and in making them clear and understandable.
- Insightful Alignment: Understand the core desires of our enterprise and the needs of our clients customers like the back of your hand.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
- Experience: At least 4 years in the trenches of digital marketing, wielding tools of content creation, social media mastery, and SEO sorcery.
- Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Text competence and a sense for graphic design: You can create engaging texts (blog articles, social media posts) and illustrate them using image & video tools (e.g. Canva)
- CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally PipeDrive, to maintain customer enchantments.
- Project Leadership: Independently lead your projects, maintaining cool under pressure while juggling timelines, budgets, tasks, and digital content.
- Solution-Oriented Creativity: Approach complex challenges with creative solutions. Stay composed and proactive, even in the face of potential chaos.
